Delicious holiday recipe: yellow courgetti with miso shrimp

Because this is the last IkPas newsletter, we have a bit of a holiday feeling. A weekend recipe then automatically becomes a holiday recipe. And during the holidays we like tasty, easy and yet somewhat healthy. That's why this one-pan dish is popular: yellow courgetti with miso shrimp. We borrowed this recipe from culinea.nl† The food blog of food lover Hanneke de Jonge. Make, eat and enjoy.

Ingredients

1 yellow zucchini
40 gr clarified butter
1 tbsp miso
200 gr raw shrimps
1 spring onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
2 tsp sesame seeds

Preparation method

-Turn spaghetti from the zucchini with a spiralizer.

-Melt the butter in a wok and add the miso, mix well.

-Then add the prawns and fry them on high heat for a few minutes until they are nice pink.

-Finally, mix in the courgetti, this only needs a minute.

-Serve it in deep plates or bowls and sprinkle with the spring onion, coriander leaves and sesame seeds.
