Ingredients
– Belvoir Farm Elderflower Cordial 25ml
– Lime wedges
– 3 Pink Grapefruit Juice 50ml
– 75ml lemonade

Preparation method
1. Combine all ingredients in a glass and stir well.
2. Garnish with a lime wedge.

• 60 ml olive oil
• 200 grams of feta
• 1 clove garlic crushed
• Half a cup of dill roughly chopped
• Half a cup of parsley roughly chopped
• 2 tbsp Greek yogurt full fat
• 2 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe
Place the pistachios in a food processor. Turn and add the olive oil while turning. If necessary, scrape off the edges and turn on again. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse everything together until fairly smooth.
