We don't know losers

You're off. You are no longer allowed to participate. You usually hear that when you haven't achieved something. End exercise if you made a mistake. At IkPas we do things differently. We don't know any losers there. There you may stumble and get up again. It is not a competition where there are intermediate dropouts.
Of course, the big challenge is not drinking alcohol for 30 days. Nothing, nada, nothing. Not a drop. That's the purpose. We are also not going to say in advance that you are allowed to cheat. That a glass in between is not bad. Because it is. You achieve the best result for your body if you do not drink for a continuous period, a longer period. Having a beer in the pub every week on Saturday is not part of that. It is precisely in those difficult moments that it is important to show character and persevere. Perhaps you have set yourself up for something nice. Keep that in mind. But if, for whatever reason, you couldn't resist the temptation, you pick yourself up and then continue. Another attempt to complete the thirty. And if you feel bad about that, if you think you've failed if you can't make it to thirty, then you stick a day to it.
