Green and healthy smoothie

All that exercise makes you hungry and thirsty. To reward yourself, it is best to eat or drink something tasty. Preferably something tasty and healthy. Our own food blogger Judith has eating and drinking tips for every active pregnant woman.

Healthy green smoothie

 Start your day with a kick with this delicious green smoothie. I promise you won't taste the spinach, but you will have all the health benefits of the spinach. Due to the use of pineapple and mint, the smoothie has a wonderfully fresh taste. In addition, the smoothie is gluten-free, vegan and very suitable for pregnant women.

You eat the smoothie with a spoon. Instead of drinking it. That way you can enjoy it longer. And it's better for your digestion.


75 grams of fresh spinach

100 grams of pineapple

100 ml coconut milk

6 mint leaves


Blender or immersion blender


Puree all ingredients into a smooth smoothie. Ready & eat!
