View, modify or delete data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can do this yourself via the personal settings of your account. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by our company and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you.

If you would like to exercise your right to object and/or right to data portability or if you have other questions/comments about data processing, please send a specified request to info@ikpas.nl.

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. The Positive Lifestyle Foundation will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks.

The Positive Lifestyle Foundation would also like to point out that you have the opportunity to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Facebook Login

If a user chooses to log in to IkPas with Facebook, a number of personal data is requested from Facebook (see Privacy Policy) which are then stored in the user's personal account after the user's consent. After logging in, every user has the option to:

  • View his or her personal data on the profile page
  • Change his or her personal details on the profile page
  • Submit a request to request all data that IkPas stores from the user
  • Submit a request to have all user data deleted

The user can make the last two requests by using the options “Request my data” or “Delete my account” on his or her profile page. In both cases, an email is sent to the user in which the user must confirm the request. The Positive Lifestyle Foundation will then be notified to initiate the request. The Positive Lifestyle Foundation will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks. When this process is complete, the user will be notified by email. If the user has requested an overview of his or her data, a link will be included in the email with which the user can download his or her data.
