Podcasts about alcohol
Much has already been said and claimed about alcohol. The subject is regularly broached in various media. 'The podcast' is also a popular way to talk about alcohol, especially about cutting down or quitting. If you want to spice up your vacuuming or running in the coming days with a podcast about (no) alcohol (drinking)... please!
To the bottom – Zoé van Wechem and Sacha Harland
Recently this podcast was published by twenty-something Zoé van Wechem. “Many stories on this subject focus on people with an alcohol addiction or problem from about 40 years old. I thought: am I the only one in my twenties who is not addicted or not a problem drinker, but who is doing this? I decided to share some of my experiences on social media and noticed that it was happening to many more people in their twenties. That's how the idea for the podcast came 'Ad fundum'.”
The podcasts below are a bit older, but no less interesting.
Honest about alcohol – Koos van Platringen
Do you know the podcast'Honest about alcohol?' In it, Koos van Plateringen talks to well-known and unknown Dutch people about the role that alcohol plays in their lives. Some have consciously started drinking less or even stopped altogether. But they all took a close look at their own alcohol consumption, because it was necessary. An expert is also interviewed in almost every podcast. Our own Martijn Planken also comes by a number of times. For example, in the conversations with Caroline van Eeden (house friend of the Meiland family) and John de Bever (former professional and futsal player and nowadays singer).
Alcohol Alert! – Evi Heyndrickx
At the beginning of this year, following Tournée Minérale, Evi Heyndrickx launched her podcast 'Alcohol Alarm!' with the aim of breaking the taboos surrounding alcohol addiction, but also of an alcohol-free life. The Belgian social centipede has played theater for years, is a stand-up comedian, organizes events and has been working as an event coordinator for the Flemish government for a number of years. In her podcast (STOPcast), she candidly talks about her own experiences and regularly a BV'er (Known Fleming) or a specialist joins us. With a touch of humor, the Belgian knows how to move you in no time.
