Recipe by participant Marjolein: spa red with grapefruit & ginger

'I think it's a wonderfully fresh, but also spicy and invigorating drink. Especially at the end of the afternoon when you are faint. With or without a snack, this is highly recommended.'


A small half lemon
a grapefruit
One cm of fresh ginger
A sprig of mint
Honey to taste
150 ml spa red

Preparation method 

Juice the fruits and add honey, mint and ginger.
Mix the drink with about 150 ml of cold spa red. And then enjoy!
