Enjoy with ginger

Ingredients for 1 carafe:

  • 6 slices of fresh ginger (with skin)
  • 3 sprigs of coriander
  • 1/4 red bell pepper
  • 5 golden berries
  • 1 liter tap water

Preparation:

• Pick and wash the coriander, leaving the leaves on the stem.
• Wash the goldberries and cut them in half.
• Wash the red pepper and cut into strips, remove the seeds.
• Fill the carafe with the ginger slices, red pepper strips, cranberry halves and coriander sprigs.
• Add some ice cubes and fill the carafe with cold tap water.

Tip:

You can make ice cubes from water mixed with ginger syrup and add them. The water then becomes slightly sweeter and yellower in color.
