A delicious tea recipe from tea sommelier Barbara Veldhuizen from Tea Street† Especially for the cold days.

Choose a chai tea.
Let 1 measuring spoon (perfect teaspoon) of chai tea steep in about 125 ml of boiling water (= half a cup).
Pour 125 ml (whipped) warm milk into the chai.
Add a little honey if needed.
The chai latte is ready. Enjoy!
