We are Tiem, a social work and development company. We believe in happiness at work for everyone, even when work is not self-evident. Together we look at the possibilities and guide everyone who can and wants to work towards a paid job, growth and (work) happiness!

Tiem considers health and well-being among our employees and candidates important. When you live a healthy life, this has a positive effect on various aspects of your life, including work. Tiem does this by encouraging employees and candidates to take control of their health and well-being through sports and healthy eating. Consciously dealing with alcohol is part of this. The choice for 'I-pass' was therefore quickly made.

We are participating for the first time this year. There is a 'I fit stall' at a central location in the building. Here we will encourage colleagues to participate. There will also be a piece in the newsletter and we will talk about it during the lunch walks. We also work together with the municipality and a few colleagues will be followed during 'dry January' who participate.
