Spicy bubbles for the weekend

It's the weekend and you feel like something sweet. The break keeps you from drinking real bubbly, so look for an alternative. We have found one. Cheers. So that we all continue to take good care of ourselves and others.


2 grapefruits unsprayed
2 oranges unsprayed
2 lemons unsprayed
1 sprig of rosemary
1 cinnamon stick
1 tbsp pink peppercorns
1 bottle of sparkling water

Preparation method

-Peel off one of the grapefruits, one of the oranges and one of the lemons and put it in a bottle.

- Halve all citrus fruits and juice them.

-Pour the juice through a sieve and pour it into the bottle.

-Add the cinnamon stick, rosemary and pink peppercorns and refrigerate until serving. The longer you leave it, the more the flavors will absorb.

- Before serving, pour some of the citrus mixture into a glass, top with sparkling water and serve immediately!
