A festive recipe for this last fitting day. White tea ginger bubbles is a delicious refreshing non-alcoholic snack with bubbles. Cheers! On you!

Let the tea steep for about 6 hours in cold sparkling water.

Pour the tea into a champagne glass.

Teastreet's favorites with bubbles

-White T – Rosemary's Wiper

-Green T – Strawberry tea thyme

-Herbal – Lemon ginger zinger

White tea ginger bubbles 


  • 12 grams of Tea Street White Monkey Pekoe
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cm ginger sliced
  • 1 liter of sparkling water


Let the white monkey pekoe steep in 1 liter of cold water for at least 6 hours in the refrigerator.

Ginger syrup: Heat a cup of water in a saucepan, add the sugar and ginger and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Pour the syrup into a bottle/cup for easy cooling in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Pour the cold Teastreet White Monkey Pekoe coldbrew iced tea in a nice glass. Add a little ginger syrup and your white tea bubbles are ready.
