New platform: Alloverdrink
Addiction Science Netherlands recently launched a new platform: overdrinking. A website where you can find a lot of easily accessible information about… alcohol. All About Drinking is the platform for a healthier life with less alcohol.
In the Netherlands, alcohol use among adults is generally accepted. However, alcohol consumption is not without risk. Alcohol use is associated with an increased risk of accidents, psychosocial problems, addiction, cancer, cardiovascular diseases and premature death.
By recognizing people with a (starting) alcohol problem in time and offering effective help quickly, problematic alcohol use can be prevented. In addition, people at an early stage are most likely to recover. The platform overdrinking is committed to this.
